Reasons for poor well productivity or poor pump behavior

Often times, a complaint comes from the customer that the water is weak or that the well is overflowing. What does this mean?!!
Poor productivity has several reasons, including:
– Clogged filter areas due to the accumulation of deposits on them as a result of not maintaining regular maintenance of the well.
Or focus on maintaining the pump without maintaining the beer itself
– The pump shaft corrodes, causing a decrease in the number of complete motor turns reaching the turbine shaft
As a result, the phases do not rotate in a number equal to the number of turns of the motor
– Damage to one of the gaskets (water seal) between the intake pipes, in the case of iron pipes only.
– Low hertz from the electrical source or low voltage, which causes the motor to rotate slowly and the number of its turns to decrease
– An increase in the decline of the static water surface below the normal level
– The pump is not lowered into the water column sufficiently
